On a smaller scale, you also have the option of hosting private celebrations (e.g. birthdays) or company parties including a guided tour and tasting with us.

You are also welcome to shop at our "farm shop".
Because we are very flexible and cater to each customer and their individual needs, we do not have official opening hours. Therefore, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance through one of our channels.

In our online shop you can pay safely and conveniently with common credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, it will leave our warehouse no later than the next business day. We will, of course, inform you of this via email.
Within Austria you will usually receive your package within 1–3 working days, while delivery to Germany usually takes 2–5 working days.
Should your goods unexpectedly arrive damaged despite all safety precautions, we recommend the following procedure:
- If the packaging shows obvious damage: Please do not accept the package (refuse delivery) and contact us immediately. We will take care of the rest and arrange for a replacement shipment right away.
- If the damage was not apparent upon receipt or you granted permission for the package to be left unattended: Please send us a complaint – including a photo if possible – via email within 24 hours. We will take care of the rest and arrange for a replacement delivery immediately.
Under current Austrian law, you have the right to withdraw from online purchase contracts within 14 days without giving any reason. We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days. If you wish to exercise this right of withdrawal, please contact us in writing by email.
Due to legal regulations, food products – including spirits – may only be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition. If the bottle has already been opened or the seal tampered with in any way, a return and a refund are unfortunately not possible.
After informing us by email within 30 days that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the goods to us at your own expense in perfect and unopened condition. We will contact you by email after receiving and inspecting the goods. The refund will be processed within 14 days. You will be notified separately about this.
Please note that only goods in perfect, unopened, and untampered condition can be returned. If this is not the case, there is no entitlement to a refund.
