Pure Single Dry Rum
Inspired by the sailors of the Caribbean and their hard and risky lives on their ships, which were often only bearable with a good bottle of rum. Crystal-clear rum made from 100% organic sugar cane molasses and with no added sugar. A quality rum that any sailor would enjoy, as well as anyone who aspires to be one.
Our certified organic sugarcane molasses comes from Paraguay. All further production steps are carried out exclusively at our factory in Austria. To produce high-quality rum in Austria that is in no way inferior to that produced in the Caribbean, all production processes must be carried out during the hottest summer months, resulting in long, hard working days for the production team.
After fermentation is complete, the rum mash is distilled, and we carefully separate the heads and tails, resulting in our rum distillate at approximately 82% ABV. After aging for at least nine months in stainless steel tanks, we dilute the rum to drinking strength with pure, fresh Austrian mountain water. No artificial or other additives are used in the dilution process. Enjoy this pure, natural, premium pot still rum made in Austria!
